C1c Thread / Braid Burn Bench

Light one end of a stitched-phase braid; the F-current burns toward 720°. Move the levers, watch the burn, hit Record state to log each configuration, Export CSV for the white paper. Recorded numbers come from the stated sink-leak burn model (constants in the note); the animation is driven by the same model, not a separate cartoon. Model only — sim-scaffold, not canon.
Levers
0 = retardant (stalls) · 1 = accelerant (fast)
Sink-leak model: forward share s_f = tr·F/(F+B+min(2,G−1)·V), tr = 0.02 + 0.38·b, F=3 B=0.3 V=1.6, burn window=6. Reaches 720° iff s_f·6 ≥ R_c. rate = s_f/R_c. time = round(L·R_c/s_f). Severance = girth (graph min-cut).

Knee: burn rate plateaus past girth ≈ 3 (interior environment saturates) while severance keeps rising — extra fibres buy security at no further rate cost.
